Notwithstanding anything else written in this Code, the disclosure of the identity of any party or witness may have an adverse effect on the social reputation or honor of such party or witness or may cause undue fear, panic or fear on the part of any party or may be detrimental to the safety of his life or life. If it is possible, the concerned party may request the court to keep the name, surname, nationality or the name of his/her father and mother or any other information that may identify him/her confidential.
(2) Upon request according to sub-section (1), the court may make an order to keep the name, surname, nationality, father's mother's name and identity of such party or witness confidential.
(3) The name, surname, nationality of the person kept secret according to sub-section (2) or his father's mother's name or his identity during the hearing of the related issue or during the publication of the related details shall be published in accordance with the order of the court using a pseudonym.
